About the role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’ll be responsible for working with tech leads, system architects and QA leads for Fintech Products.

You will

• Facilitate requirement gathering with internal & external stakeholders (Sales, customer)
• Prepare Requirements documents which may include use cases and feature descriptions.
• Work with tech leads, system architects and QA leads to define and refine requirements.
• Well versed with business analysis tools & techniques.
• Good to have knowledge about Agile methodologies to manage product backlog.

Skill

• Proven analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver requirements in a complex environment working with multiple stakeholders.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Results Oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Qualification

• BE (IT or Computer Science), BSc (IT or Computer Science), BTech, BCA, MCA, MSc (IT or computer science)

Experience

• 4 to 7 Years

Industry/Domain Expertise (Preferred)

• Financial services, Insurance, Payments
